Cross the doorway
to Italy,
legally.
A multilingual platform that explains procedures in your language, prepares your file before departure, and connects you with enterprises and training bodies — without ever replacing competent authorities.
Choose Your Pathway
Each pathway begins with a few simple questions. You will receive clear guidance, a checklist of required documents, and a personal file you can resume at any time.
Short-Stay Visas
Uniform Schengen Type C Visa, for a maximum stay of 90 days in any 180-day period. The platform prepares your file and identifies missing items — decision rests exclusively with the consular authority.
Tourism
Itinerary, accommodation, reservations, date consistency, and proof of return.
Family Visit
Relationship with host, invitation letter, accommodation, and financial guarantee if applicable.
Business
Inviting company, mission purpose, meetings or trade fairs, duration, and funding.
Invitation
Identification of the genuine purpose and orientation toward the proper pathway.
No outcome forecasts, no booking of consular appointments, no circumvention methods. A prior refusal never implies an automatic rejection: it calls for an individualised analysis.
Four Steps, One Clear Logic
You answer once. Your responses populate your file, document checklist, and training track.
Questionnaire
Simple questions tailored to your situation. You can pause and resume whenever you wish.
Explained Result
Never a simple yes or no: the probable route, why, what needs checking, and what is missing.
Your Case File
A unique ID, an interactive checklist, deadlines, and a complete history of all actions taken.
Pre-Departure Support
Pre-departure training, regulated enterprise matching, and referral to a qualified legal professional when needed.
Prepare Before
Departure
Arriving prepared changes everything: language, workplace codes, rights and duties, safety protocols. Tracks are assigned by profile, sector, or cohort, and can be co-designed with enterprises.
Courses provided by Italy Legal Entry and its partners are orientation and preparatory training. They are clearly distinguished from vocational and civic-linguistic training programs approved under Article 23 of D.Lgs. 286/1998. A platform certificate is never a ministerial approval.

An Italy – Morocco Axis
The platform relies on a network of desks, professionals, and authorized partners on both sides of the Mediterranean. Each file is assigned based on language, territory, and expertise.
In Morocco
Reception, guidance, file compilation, pre-departure training, and support for candidates and families.
In Italy
Enterprises, training institutions, legal professionals, and territorial operators for reception and integration.
AGAMI — Dialogo Giuridico Interculturale APS
Italy Legal Entry is an initiative of AGAMI, an Italian social promotion association chaired by Avv. Kaoutar Badrane. The project operates complementarily with Italian and Moroccan public services, designed to expand to other partner countries.
Italy Legal Entry provides informational guidance and preparatory support. All decisions rest exclusively with competent public authorities. Results generated by the platform are informative pre-assessments: they constitute neither an administrative decision nor an individualized legal consultation.
